✨ To meditate on today

According to Kabîr, the mystic poet of India, He who watches over birds, beasts and insects, and who cared for you even before you were born, goes on caring for you today: impatience and worry can settle down. Today, when you feel impatience rising, look at a bird or a plant, and remember that you too are carried by that same care.
