โœจ To meditate on today

According to Swami Vivekananda, Bhakti-Yoga, the path of the love of God, does not ask us to give everything up by effort: it is enough to love the Highest, and what is lower falls away by itself. Today, instead of fighting a bad habit, nourish a greater love, for a person, for beauty or for God, and notice what falls away on its own.
