✨ To meditate on today

According to the Ashtavakra Gita, you are like the ocean and all the things of the world are like its waves: they rise and fall without ever leaving it, so there is nothing to reject or to grasp. Today, when an event stirs you up, tell yourself: “It is only a wave,” and return to the calm depth of the ocean within you.
