According to the Khândogya Upanishad, deep in your heart there is a subtle space, the “ether,” which is one with Brahman, the supreme Reality present everywhere; whoever knows it finds a happiness that nothing can alter. Today, place your hand on your heart for a few moments, feel the space opening there, and rest in that calm.
