✨ To meditate on today

According to the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, the Self, what you are at your deepest, is nearer and dearer to you than anything you love, for it is from the Self that all love springs. Today, each time you feel affection for someone or something, notice that this love arises within you, from this Self so close at hand.
