โœจ To meditate on today

According to the prophet Isaiah, God comforts His people with the tenderness of a mother comforting her child, and this comfort restores joy to the heart and vigour to the body, like grass growing back. Today, let yourself be comforted: welcome a gesture or word of comfort without pushing it away; then, in turn, comfort someone with this motherly gentleness.
