✨ To meditate on today
According to The Imitation of Christ, the believer asks the Lord, who gives Himself as food in the Eucharist, that his love may grow each time he receives Him instead of becoming a habit. Today, do one usual thing (a meal, a prayer, a “good morning”) with fresh attention, as if it were the first time.
