According to Saint Paul, in his first letter to the Thessalonians, the most beautiful prayer for those we love is that the Lord make their love grow and overflow, towards one another and towards all, and that He strengthen their hearts. Today, pray for a person or a group you carry in your heart, then make a gesture of kindness towards someone outside your usual circle.
