✨ To meditate on today
According to The Imitation of Christ, the believer longs to welcome Jesus like Zacchaeus, the man in the Gospel who received Him into his home with joy and was blessed, becoming fully a “son of Abraham,” that is, a member of the people of the promise. Today, open your “house”: take a moment to make room for Jesus in your heart, as one welcomes a long-awaited friend.
