✨ To meditate on today

According to The Imitation of Christ, when some annoyance brings you down, the Lord reminds you that He is alive and ready to lift you up, if you trust Him and call on Him. Today, at the first thing that upsets you, stop for a moment and simply say: “Lord, You are alive, come to my help,” then go back to what you were doing.
