✨ To meditate on today

According to the psalmist, who was drawn out of great distress, the soul can return to rest because God has showered it with good things and raised it up. Today, at the moment you feel restless, stop, breathe slowly and say inwardly: “Return to thy rest, O my soul,” then name one good thing you have received this week.
