✨ To meditate on today
According to the Gospel of Matthew, in the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus invites us to seek first the reign of God, that is, His goodness and His justice, and to live one day at a time, without carrying tomorrow’s weight in advance. Today, write on a piece of paper the worry about tomorrow that occupies you most, set it aside, and give all your attention to one single good thing to do today.
