✨ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, in the Buddhist view the gods (devas) are not eternal: when one of them “falls” at the end of his heavenly life, the others do not despise him, they kindly encourage him to rise again. Today, if someone around you has failed or fallen, offer them a word of encouragement rather than a reproach.
