✨ To meditate on today

According to the Lotus Sutra, the Śrāvakas, the disciples who listen to the Buddha, need only a single stanza truly heard to awaken: one word received deeply is enough to transform a life. Today, choose a single sentence that touches you, read it again in the morning, at noon and in the evening, and see what it changes in the way you act.
