✨ To meditate on today

According to Shantideva, in the Bodhicaryâvatâra, merely wanting to relieve a small ill, such as someone’s headache, is already infinitely precious; what then of one who wishes to free all beings from their suffering! Today, concretely relieve a small hardship around you (a glass of water, a favour, a comforting word), knowing that this gesture truly matters.
