✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipâta, the Buddha found inward peace by seeking the truth without shutting himself up in any opinion, for clinging to one’s ideas creates suffering. Today, in a discussion where you want to be right, let go of your position for a moment and truly listen to the other person, simply to understand.
