✨ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, the Buddha teaches three virtues that bring happiness: generosity, peaceful conduct and thoughts of friendship toward all; whoever devotes himself to them finds a happiness free from distress. Today, practise all three once each: a gift (even a small one), a moment when you stay calm instead of getting agitated, and a friendly thought sent to someone.
