β¨ To meditate on today
According to the Itivuttaka, a collection of sayings of the Buddha, delusion, that is, the confusion that makes us see things crookedly, darkens the mind; the one who has freed himself from it dispels it around him as the morning sun drives away the night. This morning, as you see the day break or the light enter the room, take a worry or a confused idea and look at it calmly, in the light of what is really there.
