โœจ To meditate on today

According to The Gospel of Buddha, which here takes up the Dhammapada, the mind shapes beings: our habitual thoughts become our character, and from them arise happiness as well as unhappiness. In the face of the difficulty you are going through, gently observe the thoughts that accompany it and choose one that opens you to more peace, to keep with you today.
