✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipāta, the brahmin Sundarikabharadvaja, after listening to the Buddha (Gotama, by his family name), says that his teaching, the Dhamma, has enlightened him as one raises what had fallen or shows the way to a lost traveller. Today, think back to a person or a word that once set you back on the right path, and express your gratitude to them, aloud or in thought.
