✨ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, the true Brahmana (the truly noble one, in the Buddha’s sense: noble by conduct and not by birth) is the one whose words are gentle, true and useful, and hurt no one. Today, before each important word, ask yourself: is it true, is it useful, is it said without harshness? Then speak.
