✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipāta, Piṅgiya, an old disciple, praises the voice of the Buddha: a speech without stain and folly, which has left behind arrogance and hypocrisy. Today, watch over your own speech: speak simply, without trying to impress, and tell someone whose words are true how much good they do you.
