✨ To meditate on today

According to the Dhammapada, the Buddha calls “Brahmana,” that is, a truly noble and holy person, the one who stays patient with the impatient, gentle with the violent and free among those who cling to everything. Today, facing an irritated or demanding person, answer in a gentler tone than theirs and with a little more patience than usual.
