✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the “mirror of truth” is confidence in the Buddha, in his teaching and in the community of those who follow it: whoever looks into it loses fear, finds comfort in trials and becomes a blessing for others. Today, in a difficult moment, recall a wise word you trust, then act in its light towards someone.
