โจ To meditate on today
According to the Itivuttaka, a collection of sayings of the Buddha, if we knew what fruit giving bears, we would never eat without sharing, even the smallest morsel, and selfishness would leave no mark on the heart. Today, at a meal or a break, share something before serving yourself: a portion, a coffee offered, a piece of fruit for a colleague.
