โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha, back among his own people, invites them to come out of the dreams that scatter the mind, to open to what is true and to live uprightly, the path to a lasting joy. Today, each time you catch yourself brooding or daydreaming, come back to what is there in front of you, then make a simple, upright gesture.
