✨ To meditate on today

According to the Larger Sukhâvatî-vyûha, the sutra of the Pure Land, the bodhisattva (one who walks towards awakening for the good of all) himself lived generosity, knowledge, meditation, strength, patience and virtue, and made others wish to live them in turn. Today, choose one of these qualities, patience for example, practise it in a specific situation, then encourage someone around you who already cultivates it.
