✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipâta, the Buddha compares Nirvana (the complete stilling of craving and suffering) to a safe island: one reaches it by ceasing to want to possess and to cling. Today, notice one thing you cling to (an object, an opinion, an outcome) and, for at least an hour, gently loosen your grip.
