✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, this is a mystery of generosity: the one who gives is not made poorer but richer; giving one’s food makes one stronger, giving clothing makes one more beautiful. Today, share a little of what you have (a meal, a piece of clothing, some time) and notice the strength and joy this gift awakens in you.
