✨ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, on accepting the gift of a monastery offered by Anāthapindika, the Buddha says that the generous man is loved, that his friendship is precious and that his heart remains at peace, without regret, to the very end. Today, give something without calculation (an object, some help, a moment) and notice the peace this gift leaves in you.
