✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipâta, the Buddha (the Bhagavat, the Blessed One) promises the young Dhotaka to show him peace: it is not learned only from books, it is discovered for oneself, by going through life thoughtfully, and it frees from desire. Today, take a few quiet minutes to observe where your own peace comes from and what disturbs it, without judging.
