โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, the Buddha asks us neither to invent nor to repeat evil reports, but rather to look for what is good in others, so as to be able to defend them sincerely. Today, when a conversation slides toward criticising someone, mention one of their qualities or gently change the subject.
