✨ To meditate on today

According to the Sutta-Nipāta, before speaking, the Buddha wishes happiness to all the beings present, visible and invisible, those of the earth and those of the air (the “spirits”, subtle beings of the Indian tradition). Today, before an important conversation, inwardly wish happiness to the person who is going to listen to you.
