โœจ To meditate on today

According to the Gospel of Buddha, good attracts and evil repels; a troubled conscience causes suffering, but deliverance, the mind freed from what binds it, is the height of happiness. Today, if some weight remains in you (a word you regret, a small conflict), take one step to mend it, and taste the lightness that follows.
