✨ To meditate on today

According to the Itivuttaka, acting with goodwill, with no evil thought toward any being, and keeping in one’s heart compassion for all the living makes abundant virtue grow. Today, when a harsh thought about someone crosses your mind, replace it at once with a wish for that person’s good.
