✨ To meditate on today
According to Śāntideva, in the Bodhicaryāvatāra, unhappiness comes from seeking only one’s own happiness, and true joy from seeking the happiness of others. Today, put someone else’s good before your own comfort once, a service, a listening ear, a seat given up, and notice the joy it leaves in you.
