✨ To meditate on today
According to the Sutta-Nipāta, in the discourse on loving kindness (Metta Sutta), one who wishes happiness to all beings deceives no one, despises no one and wishes harm to no one, even in anger. Today, refrain from all mockery, even in thought, and whenever a contemptuous judgment arises, replace it with a silent wish of well-being for that person.
