✨ To meditate on today

According to Śāntideva, in the Bodhicaryāvatāra, one who walks toward awakening sincerely rejoices in the good others do and says so: “Good! Very good!”; rejoicing in the merits of others frees us from envy. Today, praise someone aloud for something well done, even something small.
