After moving through all previous lessons, you arrive at the simplest practice: offer each moment to God. The earlier lessons have prepared you for this total release. Now, you can live in the trust that God will give you exactly what you need at every moment.

To live this lesson, become aware today that each moment is an opportunity to give everything to God. Before speaking, thinking, or acting, pause and say: « This instant, I give it to You. Be in charge. » Then let yourself be guided. You will find that words come, thoughts arise, calm settles. You are no longer alone carrying the weight of the world. God is with you, in you, acting through you. And in this presence, peace is certain.
