I am not a body.
I am free.
For I remain as God created me.
[191] I am the holy Son of God Himself.
I am not a body.
I am free.
For I remain as God created me.
Review: you are the holy Son of God
The review of lesson 191 invites you to fully recognize who you are: the holy Son of God Himself. The refrain "I am not a body. I am free. For I am still as God created me" takes on its full meaning here, for there is no greater freedom than knowing who you are. Reviews are important because they are moments of radical recentering.
Lesson 191 showed you that denying your divine Identity turns the world into a prison filled with threatening shadows. The review offers a new vision: "In silence and true humility I seek the glory of God, to behold it in the Son He created as my Self.
This review period is a time of deep healing, where limiting beliefs about yourself are replaced by the truth of what you are. Each repetition of the refrain and the daily thought is like a hammer breaking the chains of identification with the body and ego. You do not need to struggle violently, simply remember gently, again and again, who you truly are.
Practice suggestion:
During this review, take a moment of complete silence, free from all distraction. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and repeat: "I am the holy Son of God Himself." Do not force anything. Let this affirmation rest in your mind like a precious stone in clear water. Observe what arises, perhaps resistance, perhaps unexpected peace. Do not judge what comes. Simply repeat and allow the truth to make its way.
Review is the bridge between what you have learned and what you have become: it transforms knowledge into the living embodiment of truth.
