✨ Summary & practice

Review: Accepting Atonement and True Healing

We have now arrived at the final review of this first major cycle, a significant moment. The reviews from 141 to 150 are not mere repetition; they are the time when you move from listening to embodying. The guiding thought of this entire section still resonates: your mind contains only what you think with God. Today, we review Atonement (139) and the salvation that heals (140).

You accept Atonement for yourself (139) by accepting yourself as God created you. Doubt about your identity is the root of all conflict and questioning. Only salvation can truly be said to heal (140), for authentic healing removes the guilt that makes illness possible. Atonement reveals that sin never happened. The truth is true, and nothing else is true. By reviewing these two lessons, you lay the cornerstone of the entire structure.

This review concludes a full cycle (121–140) and prepares the way for the second half (151–180), which will explore more advanced themes: the voice for God (151), the power of decision (152), non-defense (153), holiness (156), and grace (169). Everything that follows will be built upon the foundations this review has solidified. This is why review is so important, it is not a pause, but the time when the construction becomes firm.

Practice:

Take a moment today to look back at the path you’ve traveled since lesson 121. Acknowledge the changes, even subtle ones, in the way you see the world. Then choose one phrase from all the lessons reviewed that resonates deeply with you today. Hold it in your heart as a talisman for the journey ahead.

You have crossed a great threshold. Be proud of yourself. What lies ahead awaits you, but you are ready.
