Why do you not worship Hari—who but he will
accept you? In Yama’s city there will be
the chastisements of Yama, the torments of hell.
What impatience is troubling you? What will you
do when you get there? Why do you swell with
pride? Will they handle you respectfully when
they drag you along the road? Your mouth will be
gagged, your tongue will be pulled out; why
do you fear the reproaches of men—who will save
you? Be ashamed, says Tuka; do not waste your
life.
