Tukaram, Poem 3000

These senses will profit you nothing; make haste to utter with your tongue Rama’s name. Good health is not your own possession; it is idle, it is futile, it is a shadow of the illusive world. Tuka says, The essence of our life is the utterance of Hari’s name; apart from Hari, there is nothing but birth and rebirth.
