The stomach in fever can digest nothing but an extract of herbs; when the senses are clouded, men are put in mind of Narayana. This name alone will banish at once the fever of the world; beyond doubt it will sweep away all the senses. With other remedies a strict diet is prescribed; there is a sharp and sudden pain, but the cure is a matter of luck. Tuka says, I have opened out the whole matter; good fortune now stands waiting at your door.
