Tukaram, Poem 2774

Ask Panduranga for the things you desire; why besiege a feeble creature like me? This is why I retired from the world; delusive desires grow upon us without end. Whatever we do, we cannot find peace; when we reflect, we find a holy rite to be sinful. Tuka says, ’Twere well now to remain quite still and remember Thee, O Panduranga.
