Tukaram, Poem 2670

Sloth has laid hold of me—Run, run, O Panduranga! Bodily sensations pass over me; vice showers its blows upon me.
Let Narayana approach and banish my evil habits. Though I was near, I have drifted far away; O God! take me by the hand.
This is why I entreat Thee time after time. Tuka says, O Panduranga, do not keep me far from Thee!
