Tukaram, Poem 2528

Vitthala is no saviour — may He die that
says this! He that says that God is a
stone — a blackfaced dog is he. He who says he
himself is Brahma, He knows not the secret of
devotion. Tuka says, I do not wish to behold that
man for a moment.
