Tukaram, Poem 2300

Why should our life on earth be wasted?
Some sort of debt should lie upon his head. Some time or other a man will wake to remembrance, though in him he have no faith nor true burden of duty. Yes, after a hundred lives compassion will be born in his heart. Tuka says, I have found something to benefit mankind; I will not let it slip from me.
