Tukaram, Poem 2058

If you try to seize a thing you desire, it runs away from you; if a man cares nothing about comforts, they follow after him. Let not your mind then be fluid; I tell you the clue to the matter. The whole secret lies in the enticing object; your desire for it brings anxiety upon you. Tuka says, Where the seed is carried there the fruit will show itself.
