Tukaram, Poem 1871

People call me good, but there is no peace
in me; my heart is troubled, I seem to have
lost what is best for me. I am not supported by
thy mercy; my false pretences weigh heavily on
me. Tuka says, What sin of mine is obstructing
the course of Thy mercy?
